Job Responsibilities

The Change Management Advisor will be responsible for;

  • Act as a change management consultant to the organization and project teams;
  • Support the organization in its growth, expansion and organizational transformation;
  • Establish the scope and strategy of managing change through its mandates by aligning with business objectives and organizational context;
  • Evaluate organizational capacity to embrace change, stakeholders, issues and risks;
  • Identify the stakeholders affected by the change and understand their impact;
  • Foster commitment to change through an agile transition approach;
  • Coach business partners in human resources in their approach and strategy;
  • Activities related to the development of the organization;
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the change management approach at Cascades;
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with team members;
  • Support the organization in developing change management skills

Operational Excellence

  • Act as a specialist by advising and supporting managers
  • Act as business partner by being involved in projects or processes based on the needs of groups
  • Analyze data, contexts and/or options to consider to formulate the best recommendations

Client Focused and Innovation

  • Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Initiate discussion on innovative practices responding to business needs

The Change Management Advisor should have;

  • Excellent command of French and spoken and written English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and its tools;
  • Ability in project management;
  • Between five and ten years of experience as a change management consultant or a related management position;
  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector and knowledge of business processes an asset;

Desired education

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or a related discipline;
  • A master's degree in the field, an asset

The position can be located in St-Bruno or Kingsey Falls.

Occasional trips to various Cascades business units are expected
