What you bring:
As a Senior Compensation Consultant - Executive Compensation, you will provide extensive support in the design, management, and administration of executive compensation programs, policies, and procedures for the company's team members at and above the Vice-President level.
With your consultative approach, strategic focus, and pragmatism, you will offer subject matter expertise to People & Culture ("P&C") Business Partners and other senior leaders that influence decision-making and enable the achievement of TELUS' goals and objectives.
You are a highly analytical thinker and possess meticulous attention to detail, in addition to expertise in stakeholder management and delivering thoughtful insights derived from complex data.
This role is involved in carrying out responsibilities related to compensation design, governance, and administration. Working closely with the Manager, Executive Compensation, you will act as a trusted advisor to P&C team members on a diverse set of business challenges where requiring rigorous data analysis.
P&C decision-makers and TELUS' senior leadership depend on the Compensation team to provide guidance on internal and external market trends, and we help empower leaders to effectively attract, retain, and engage team members in alignment with TELUS' talent strategy.
