  • Coach, advise and support Hiring Managers
  • Be an ambassador for the firm's culture and the quality of the candidate experience.
  • Define and revised talent attraction strategies.
  • Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, mainly for passive candidate sourcing.
  • Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more.
  • Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA.
  • Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening.
  • Prepare job offers together with HR business partners and managers.
  • Complete assigned talent attraction projects in collaboration with other team members.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Communications or other relevant program of study
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent attraction
  • Excellent ability and interest in using new technologies
  • Knowledge of best practices in seeking candidates
  • Ability to handle several files simultaneously
  • Interest in occasional short trips to BBA offices
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Blingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
