As a Human Resources Technician, you’ll report to the Department Manager, HR Projects, Training and Mobility. This is a hybrid position (working from home and the office).

You’ll help coordinate our various HR programs and will provide administrative and technical support for all HR activities across BBA’s various offices.

  • Work with HR business partners to help with employee assignments to another office, payment of various premiums, changes to work schedules, statuses and job titles, off-cycle salary adjustments, contract renewals and more.
  • Coordinate the various HR programs such as the Leadership program, employee assignments and the Site Mobility Premium program.
  • Write various letters to confirm a change in an employee’s file.
  • Process employee data and manage transactions in the HR management system.
  • Manage the Contribution to a Personal Event program.
  • Manage billing for the HR department.
  • Coordinate the support (outboarding) process for employees who leave the firm.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • College diploma in humanities, administrative techniques or attestation of collegial studies (ACS) or equivalent, based on experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and priority management skills in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
