Your mandate:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Attraction Advisor. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, our new ambassador will be responsible and accountable for providing a high-quality pipeline through various proactive strategies. Are you a marketer and a brand ambassador with a passion for connecting with people and recruiting without a job posting? Then this position is for you!

You will be known for impacting: 

Attraction and Sourcing strategy:

  • Source/monitor different attraction channels and build pipelines;
  • Create and develop a proactive database of potential candidates for critical roles;
  • Search for and build relationships and network within the global entertainment industry;
  • Act as a brand ambassador in some recruitment events;
  • Ensure pre-qualification for all referrals, as well as passive and interested potential candidates;
  • Adapt recruitment efforts to maximize fill rates and contribute to a higher quality of hires.

Recruitment efficiency:

  • Coach and influence Talent Acquisition team members towards a proactive mindset;
  • Collaborate to adapt systems and tracking methods to ensure efficiency and sustainability;
  • Track and measure all recruitment metrics and efforts.

We want to meet you if you have/are:  

  • A university diploma in a related field;
  • Proven enthusiasm and autonomy, with a background in sales or talent acquisition;
  • Strong accountability to drive for results and exceed objectives;
  • A high level of proficiency with sourcing tools and a knack for finding new clients/candidates;
  • Great time management and multitasking skills, combined with the ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Knowledgeable of and rigorous with new technologies;
  • Bilingual.
