The Talent and Culture Business Partner ensures that when programs are deployed, they are optimal and adapted to the reality of business units, particularly performance management, succession management, training, skills development, talent acquisition, onboarding and communication with employees.


  • Accompany, support and guide managers in talent and performance management, human resources and succession planning, change management, as well as team building and employee recognition activities;
  • Provide expertise and recommendations for any talent management-related questions;
  • Support managers during the onboarding of new employees and accompany them during probationary period follow-ups;
  • Supervise work of the technicians of the Centre de services Talent et Culture;
  • Help develop new policies, procedures and programs;
  • Represent the employer at hearings (CLP, grievance arbitrations, etc.);
  • Manage labour relations cases for both unionized and non-unionized employees, including disciplinary measures, grievance analysis, harassment complaints, arbitration preparation and any other labor law complaints;
  • Ensure the organization's human resources practices are optimal and meet our operations' requirements;
  • Actively collaborate with operations on the action plan following the annual employee satisfaction survey and ensure a thorough follow-up;
  • Working alongside management, make sure training needs are clearly identified and properly implemented;
  • Act as a change management facilitator;
  • Assume responsibility for any other related tasks.


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations, in addition to 5 to 8 years of experience as a generalist;
  • The ability to positively influence the people around them;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which can be applied at all hierarchical levels;
  • Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English);
  • A member of a professional association (CRHA, CRIA);
  • Proficient with an HRIS (ideally Dayforce - Ceridian);
  • Coaching and guidance skills;
  • Good knowledge of labour and human resources laws.
