The Designer will be responsible of designing specialized training on the company’s new SAP deployments to more than 1,200 employees internationally.
Ensure the instructional design of the material (online courses, lessons, checklists, workbooks);
Carry out the integration of online training and prepare the environments;
Be an integral part of the Change Management team of the Project Management Office (PMO);
Work closely with the SAP Training Manager to achieve the strategy.
3+ years of experience as a Training Designer;
Good knowledge of IT, ideally with SAP systems;
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP Enable Now;
Relational skills and spirit of collaboration;
BAC in pedagogy, computer science or the equivalent;
