SAP HR Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The SAP Analyst will be responsible for developing the company’s SAP modules, more specifically SAP HR (SAP Human Resources), including Organizational Management (OM) and SAP SuccessFactors.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze needs and write technical specifications
• Recommend solutions, drive optimization and document structure
• Collaborate in the implementation project of SAP SuccessFactors in the company
• Contribute to the complete project lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
• Write technical documentation and participate in user training

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst
• Professional experience with SAP HR, OM and SuccessFactors
• At ease in a highly personalized environment
• Good experience in writing technical specifications
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Strong understanding of the concept of integrating SAP modules
• Resourcefulness and sense of responsibility sought
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English), Spanish strong asset
