In your role, you will:
Overall accountability & performance for Customer Experience team including KPI management, special projects execution & business management of customer activities from Sales & Aircraft Specification to Delivery & Entry Into Service.
Responsible for tracking, forecasting & reporting Customer Experience yearly budget.
Based on performance data, creates and maintains detailed actions and project plans to ensure continuous improvement.
Coordinates tasks, uses appropriate resources and ensures proper completion, based on data collected.
Supports the management of Customer Delivery Survey, interprets data, communicates results and drives actions with multifunctional teams to ensure that issues are brought to resolution in a timely manner.
Manages business performance by using appropriate systems, tools and program KPIs.
Prepares data, creates reports & builds graphs for weekly reviews, including internal executive reviews.
Collaborates with Strategy & Performance Team and stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions.
Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects.
Identifies risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success & budget of the project and escalating issues to Customer Experience Leader
Identifies deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed.
Controls quality by reviewing deliverables prior to presentation, enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents as needed, suggesting improvements as appropriate.
Coordinates with internal resources/stakeholders such as Customer facing teams, Delivery teams, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket and logistics during project execution.
As our ideal candidate,
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science (or equivalent).
You have minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in project management, business analyst or equivalent experience.
You have excellent organizational and planning skills, are able to set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects) & Microsoft Forms.
You have related experience in business or commercial aviation, an asset.
You have a minimum of two (2) years related experience in a customer facing role.
You have exceptional communication skills; are able to communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor, to operations, customer representative organization & management.
You have strong customer orientation.
You will be expected to be a team player within the multidisciplinary project team.
You are fluent in French & English (written and spoken) would be an asset.
