Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Management, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and deployment of talent management initiatives within the organization. With help from your team members, you will collaborate with the organizational development, business partners, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity and inclusion teams.
The main focus of the role will be to align talent management strategy with the organizational strategic plan, continue implementing the succession plan and talent review activities, enhance internal mobility and talent incubation efforts, create career trajectory models, manage promotion requests, identify competencies of the future and engage in other activities.
