  • Deploy the content strategy planning process, establish priorities and formulate action plan.
  • Set a content calendar according to priorities and activities, and develop templates and tools to formalize the process.
  • Lead the strategic content planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure all content is standardized and key messaging is aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure all content reflects BRP vision and tone of voice.
  • Synthesize and formulate the content priorities and action plan for the Communications content calendar (regions and functions).
  • Define and implement the governance to achieve the business objectives and the execution of content plan.
  • Establish clear and concise processes to ensure efficiency Communications Team.
  • Supervise and manage budget and forecast.


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field
  • Content strategy experience
  • Analytical & Strategic experience with a strong business acumen
  • Excellent writing skills in English and French
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strategic thinker with project management experience, analytical and creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize complex issues
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, capable to influence a group discussion
  • High degree of ownership, self-initiative and follow through
  • Organized, accurate, and result-oriented
