Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates;
Carry out interviews (telephone, videoconference and in person);
Prepare the presentations of the selected candidates to account managers;
Ensure constant follow-ups, coach candidates and coordinate client interviews;
Take references and present job offers to candidates;
Develop quality relationships by being professional and transparent;
Work closely with other recruiters and managers.
2+ years of IT experience;
Recruitment and/or sales experience;
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset);
Knowledge of an ATS (Zoho Recruit – strong asset);
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, One Drive);
Sense of initiative, autonomy, and customer service;
Strong team spirit, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills;
BAC in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Computer Science, or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
