Our HR consulting firm currently assists your future employer on some high-level HR projects.  The current context of the Company requires them to have a full-time Human Resources Business Partner to support the Company's locations in Canada, United States, Germany, Belgium, and China. You will be supported in this mandate by your HR team, located in the above-mentioned sites.

Your role is fundamental within the Company by providing superior HR knowledge and expertise to both employees and management. You will be responsible to deal with day-to-day issues and work on high-level projects such as development programs, retention plans, succession planning and KPI analysis. You will be a confidante to the employees who require an internal resource to answer questions and handle any HR situations with professional integrity, tact, and diplomacy.


  • Manage the HR department in Montreal and collaborate with the Regional HR Advisors;
  • Act as a trusted business partner for both employees and management;
  • Support managers on HR matters such as legal compliance, health and safety, and HR corporate programs; 
  • Optimize current HR processes, policies and programs based on industry best practices and analysis of trends, metrics, and KPIs;
  • Develop HR strategies related to employee retention, workforce planning, and high potential development; 
  • Optimize the employee experience to ensure high engagement;
  • Be responsible and fully accountable for compensation, benefits, and recruitment tasks;
  • Collaborate with Managers on winning strategies with regards to employee and labour relations by giving sound advice on a productive work environment, company values, policies and compliance regulations.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations;
  • Experience of 7 to 12 years in Human Resources within a multisite environment;
  • Experience in manufacturing;
  • Ability to travel a few times per year (15%);
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software;
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP);
  • Excellent English and French communication skills (oral and written);
  • Knowledge of German, is a strong asset.
