The Analyst will be an important member of the global HR team and will be responsible of enhancing the Workday platform in the company.
Analyze HR needs and propose solutions to optimize the use of Workday;
Study the processes in order to add new modules and new features;
Promote continuous improvement, automation and upgrading of the platform;
Ensure the transfer of knowledge and the training of international HR teams;
3+ years of experience as an HR Process Analyst;
Experience in the implementation and/or enhancement of an HR system;
Professional experience with the Workday platform (strong asset);
Relational skills, energy, collaboration, proactivity;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (English required and functional French).
