HR Change Management Advisor

Tasks/Responsibilities

The HR Change Management Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the success of IT projects concerning the Human Resources department of the company which recently migrated to SAP S/4HANA.

• Provide a clear vision and take concrete actions following the digital shift trend
• Contribute to the internal development of optimal change management practice
• Define the right strategies to promote commitment and mobilization around new things
• Have a holistic approach and advise managers in times of change

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• Professional experience in HR changes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (strong asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Personality focused on concrete actions (less on procedures)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
