YOUR MISSION

Under the supervision of the Vice President, Talent and Culture, your mission will be to ensure that the Human Resources Department acts as a strategic business partner. In addition to being a true ally within our growing company, you will support the Talent and Culture Generalist and work with the various C2 teams to ensure optimal human resources management. You will implement innovative HR strategies and programs to achieve the company's objectives.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy human resources practices in line with business objectives

  • Support and advise managers on the various aspects of the daily management of their teams by ensuring compliance of HR practices with employment legislation;

  • Contribute to the team development plan and participate in the development, strategy and implementation of a training plan

  • Develop an onboarding program for new employees

  • Redesign the performance evaluation process

  • Develop the diversity and inclusion policy

  • Take charge of the complete staffing cycle 

  • All other related projects as they arise

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or industrial relations;

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of human resources

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English; 

  • Experience working in an international environment;

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Slack, an asset.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills

  • You are curious and like to follow through on your subjects 

 

Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic.
