JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Resource/Office Administrative Assistant will handle all HR/Office-related administration tasks for assigned locations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions (as related to HR and/or general office supplies etc);
  • May perform some data entry for HR (employee file/benefit enrollments);
  • Ensure timesheets have been completed in full/submitted and approved by managers;
  • File all employee documentation;
  • Updates employee changes in systems (HR systems/tools);
  • Orders office supplies and ensures 3rd party service providers are providing services as agreed and to satisfaction (office cleaning service/plant watering service/coffee machine service etc…);
  • Keeps track of parking spaces assignments as employees are hired and/or move out of location/company;
  • Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers;
  • Performs other administrative tasks within the HR department that may not be specifically mentioned above.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION

  • Associates Degree; Preferred
