To support our growth, the Total Compensation team within HR has created a new position of Total Compensation Advisor, which will be based at our head office in the east end of Montreal.
You will report to the Director of Total Compensation. As an expert, you will be called upon to advise and support managers as well as HR business partners with respect to the application of various total compensation programs, policies and practices. You will participate in the continuous transformation of the organization by supporting the business needs in line with the strategic plan.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of total compensation, combined with a bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, actuarial sciences or any other relevant training.
You are also recognized for :
Your ability to synthesize ideas and communicate them effectively in both French and English;
Your sense of organization allowing you to carry out multiple tasks while remaining productive and efficient in a dynamic environment;
Excellent customer service skills, analytical thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions; and
Your advanced mastery of Excel and you have an additional asset if you have used PeopleSoft HR.
