Whether you're from the South Shore, the North Shore, the greater Montreal area, the Eastern Townships, the Outaouais or somewhere else a little further away, travel is not a hassle! Most of the work can be done in telework mode.

The person who joins the team will be entrusted with mandates related to global compensation and will participate in various and stimulating projects, notably aimed at improving processes. He or she will work with a committed and highly collaborative team, under the direction of a manager recognized for his or her participative management style.

Here are a few examples of the mandates entrusted to the team:

  • Salary review process, bonus programs, job evaluations, salary recommendations, etc.
  • Compensation surveys, pay equity, maintenance of compensation data in HR systems
  • Promotion and management of benefit programs
  • Projects to modernize and harmonize working conditions
  • Optimization and improvement of processes and employee experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Actuarial or other relevant training

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the field of total compensation
  • Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written
  • Mastery of Excel and if you know People Soft, it's an asset!
