We are currently seeking a Field HSE Advisor to join the Health, Safety and Environment team of the STM project.

This position is field (50%) with an administrative portion (50%).

You will ensure compliance with HSE rules on the site for both employees and Alstom contractors for the modification and warranty phases. You will work closely with supervisors, employees and the site manager.

Here are some examples of responsibilities and tasks that will be assigned to you:

Key Responsibilities:

- Broadcast EHS Induction for contractors

- Inspections and monitoring at site

- Support in the production of job specific risk analysis of the team and contractors

- Coaching of supervisors/managers

- Site meetings

- Distribution of monthly HSE themes

- Monitoring and communication of monthly performance indicators

- Drive internal and customer HSE committee

- Accident investigation and follow-up of corrective measures

- Planning of training sessions

- Emergency measures and first aid

- Ensure a link between the Group HSE Department and the site

- Build and maintain an HSE culture at site

Profile required:

- 3-5 years experience

- Leadership skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office suite

- French required

- Intermediate English

- Driving license
