Working alongside the Talent and Culture team under the supervision of the Director, your two-pronged role involves 1) being the pro of all administrative things and 2) staying on top of day-to-day operational office activities. Got your black belt in operations coordination? We'd like to meet you!
Drafting service contracts, employment contracts, and all other official documentation
Coordinating the hiring process for current projects with our Finance and IT teams
Ensuring compliance at every step of the administrative process throughout the contract period
Managing and producing staff reports
Managing and optimizing the department's folder structure
Implementing and optimizing the department's internal processes
Updating staff files and flowcharts
Drafting various communications
Supporting the VP as well as the Director of Talent and Culture on any related tasks
Handling the office's operational requests
Planning and coordinating social activities
Ensuring CNESST compliance re: day-to-day office training and best practices
Coordinating projects based on priority
B.A. in Communications (production strategy, television), Management, Business Management, Human Resources, or any other relevant field
Minimum 3 years of coordination experience in culture or events
Production coordination experience is an asset
Fluency in Trello, Breezy HR, JIRA also an asset
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
You are thorough and famous for your attention to detail
You are discerning and a natural problem solver
When it comes to organization, you are a ninja, and you remain agile amid changing priorities
You are a great communicator, both written and spoken
You are a skilled writer
Your interpersonal skills are on point
You are curious and you like to see things through to the end
Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible.
Remote work because of the pandemic.
Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
