Your mission

Provide administrative support for HR Business Partners and Managers for your assigned areas, as well as the Human Resources VP and provide quality customer service to TVA Group employees.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer questions and administer specific requests from employees (eg, letter of confirmation of employment, parental leave, etc.);
  • Offer administrative support to business partners, human resources on a daily basis;
  • Produce different weekly and monthly reports;
  • Update the organizational charts of the assigned areas;
  • Follow up on training and development requests;
  • Maintain records and keep track of billing;
  • To carry out the administrative follow-up of the files of absence sickness and accidents at work;
  • Participate in the coordination of the human resources department in collaboration with the HR coordinators;
  • Participate in various projects.

Your profile

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the administrative field;
  • Experience in a human resources department an asset;
  • College diploma in office technology or any other relevant training;
  • Mastery of the Office suite;
  • Knowledge of SAP, an asset;
  • Have a passion for customer service, administrative support and teamwork;
  • Sense of organization and management of priorities, thoroughness and rigor, autonomy and resourcefulness, discretion.
