Tasks/Responsibilities

The Advisor will be responsible for ensuring optimal change management in the company in the midst of a major implementation of SAP S/4HANA and of a review of the organizational structure linked to an important digital transformation project until 2028.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Act in advisory service mode with teams from different departments
  • Provide a clear vision and pose concrete solutions to maximize digital transformation
  • Have a holistic approach and advise managers in times of change
  • Define the right strategies to promote commitment and mobilization around new products
  • Contribute to the internal development of sound change management practice
  • Work at the heart of a Change Management and Organizational Development team of around 10 people

PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management
  • Professional experience with IT projects, including an ERP implementation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personality focused on concrete actions (less on procedures)
  • BAC in management, HR, IT or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
