You'll have an advisory and influencing role to promote a culture of internal mobility. You will work closely with managers, employees, the entire HR team and especially the HRBP community. One of your first responsibilities will be to develop and implement an internal mobility strategy that is aligned with our job classification structure, career development and succession programs. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and retaining talent, thereby supporting UAP's talent management strategy. You will report to the Manager, Talent Development and will also support the Director, Talent Management in the development of a sustainable internal mobility strategy. #LI-CS1
The successful candidate will have a university degree in human resources or industrial psychology, combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Ideally, your career has allowed you to work in influential and advisory roles with various internal stakeholders, including managers and the executive team. You are a coach at heart and an excellent communicator in both English and French.
