What will your typical day look like?


As a Campus Recruitment Advisor you will develop and execute a targeted campus strategy to attract top tier candidates and build a pipeline of early year talent. This will include: identifying and building relationships with top talent through a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs, fostering relationships with key campus contacts, and being a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high volume recruitment cycles in partnership with your internal client groups for various intern and new graduate level positions targeting undergraduate and graduate level students.

About the team


As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Advisor works in partnership with internal clients to develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience on campus. You will work alongside other Campus Recruiters and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale programs to smaller, local targeted events. The Campus team is responsible for all aspects of Deloitte’s campus recruitment process including: on campus engagements, ongoing programs, branding student performance management, recruitment logistics and coordination.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years of relevant, high volume Campus Recruitment experience
  • Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with key business partners and leadership
  • Superb planning and an ability to execute complex initiatives, large-scale event management experience considered an asset
  • High energy, dynamic individual with the ability to excel in a fast paced professional services environment
