As Advisor, Change Management and Organizational Development, you will report to the Department Manager - HR Projects, Training and Mobility. This is a hybrid position requiring both telecommuting and presence at the office.

You will contribute to the strategies, tactics and operational aspects of the firm's organizational transformation and major changes. Your responsibilities will include leadership development, performance management, talent development and retention, HR process and policy development and change management.

  • You'll be close to the firm's objectives and strategic challenges to play a key role in the implementation of innovative and sustainable projects.
  • Carry out change management analyses with various stakeholders to develop and/or oversee the development of the training, communication and support strategy, ensuring alignment with the skills and knowledge development needs of employees affected by the change.
  • Advise and train managers and business partners on the selection of appropriate strategies in order to lead successful and sustainable change.
  • Plan, organize and control all change management activities.
  • Design and optimize the required programs to better define the value proposition for employees based on their needs.
  • Present action plans to various committees at different levels in order to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, HR management, organizational development or business administration with a specialization in HR management.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience as a change management and organizational development advisor.
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing HR business solutions for a wide variety of clients and ability to capture business objectives by proposing new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement and HR development.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of business processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to synthesize and simplify information in English and French.
  • Asset: Certificate in change management and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
