Advisor, Organizational Development and Effectiveness

UAP's Human Resources team is looking for a DO Advisor who will work with managers and different teams to evolve projects related to change management, organizational development and organizational effectiveness. This collaboration will take the form of various diagnostic activities, support in the implementation of initiatives including programs, innovative practices and customized solutions to continue our organizational transformation and help our teams become even more successful.

More specifically, the candidate will have to:

  • Participate in many transformational projects and support in change management
  • Perform team diagnostics (human axes) to properly target our recommendations and interventions during issues of productivity, efficiency or other.
  • Develop a more robust practice in organizational effectiveness including well-defined action plans.
  • Participate in HR program architecture aligned with mission vision, employer brand and HR strategic plan. Monitor best
  • practices and trends in HR to stay ahead of the market.

LI-MB1

  • Combined university degree with 3 years of relevant experience in organizational development, efficiency, change management or HR project management
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts / continuous improvement is an important asset
  • Be Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Love to do analysis and be thorough
  • Being a collaborator and enjoying teamwork
  • Be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to change
