Description

The Human Resources team is currently seeking an energetic student, who will report to the Department Manager, HRBP, HR Projects and Training. Working as a technician within a dynamic and engaged team, you will provide administrative and technical support for the HR activities of BBA’s various offices.

Your role will be to:

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for employee assignments to other offices, the payment of various premiums, changes to employees’ schedules, statuses and job titles.
  • Coordinate the Contribution to a personal event program.
  • Determine eligibility for the Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) program.
  • Process requests for maternity and paternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.
  • Write various letters to confirm a change in an employee’s file and file documents.
  • Coordinate the support process for employees who leave the company.
  • Manage billing for the HR department.
  • Enter data in BBA’s integrated HR system.

Work schedule: 37.5 hours

Requirements

  • Enrolment in a college or university program in human resources management or equivalent, based on experience.
  • Available to work from 15 to 37.5 hours per week; between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organization and priority management skills in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of the employee experience and willingness to make it a priority in every action.
