Your future role on our team

  • Advise project teams on process and quality management;
  • Guide project teams in analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions associated with quality issues;
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate various improvement activities;
  • Develop and guide the design and delivery of quality and improvement training sessions;
  • Actively promote quality and continuous improvement within the firm;
  • Manage and improve the client satisfaction management process;
  • Speak with clients to better understand their needs and meet their expectations;
  • Constantly monitor the quality, integrity and accuracy of master data under the department's responsibility;
  • Analyze trends associated with quality measurement indicators and present conclusions, recommended actions and suggested follow-ups;
  • Draft the monthly report with the Quality and Improvement team.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other relevant field;
  • At least eight years of experience in a similar position where you lead many investigations (root cause analyses) and improvement projects;
  • Knowledge of main continuous improvement tools;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification - Green or Black Belt;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio) and Power BI;
  • Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written;
  • Available for short-term travel to other BBA offices;
  • Asset: proficient with ISO standards.
