Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director, Marketing and Communications,
the incumbent will help develop and implement the firm's internal communication
strategies to create a strong sense of belonging, maintain a high level of
engagement and ensure BBA teams operate efficiently.
Draft clear, accurate and engaging content while
ensuring it is adapted to target audiences and published through the right
channels (intranet, digital displays, email, video, etc.).
Develop multiplatform, creative and impactful internal
communication campaigns, including the Annual Employee Giving Campaign and
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Week.
Monitor the execution of the annual internal
communications plan and oversee the work of Communications Coordinators to
ensure message consistency and uniformity.
Help redesign the intranet and implement new tools to
maximize communications effectiveness.
Integrate best practices for change management into
proposed communications plans, especially when deploying sensitive and
high-visibility projects.
Assess the scope of ongoing projects and proactively
propose actions to internal clients to improve results.
Work with the team on various cross-functional
marketing and communications projects.
