What will your typical day look like?

You’ll work closely with People Culture & Purpose leadership to:

  • Create and lead execution of an overall well-being strategy that takes into account the need to support professionals’ mind, body, purpose, and connectivity—with emphasis on mental health and exceeding Deloitte’s Global Mental Health Baseline requirements
  • Partner with colleagues, champions, and business leaders to translate strategy into concrete, measurable implementation plans that create culture change and embed greater well-being into our ways of working
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to deliver an internal communications strategy for well-being and inclusion topics
  • Manage a community of internal champions focused on bringing well-being and inclusion goals to life for their businesses and local geographies and to track local efforts and outcomes, across a central calendar of globally-supported days/months of significance, as well as local cultural celebrations and education initiatives
  • Provide support on organization-wide events and culture initiatives throughout the year ​​

As part of the Deloitte Global Culture & Purpose team, you will create innovative programs that bring our Shared Values to life and connect our 6,500+ Deloitte Global professionals in over 30 countries. We cultivate our culture through awareness and engagement initiatives that inspire action from a broad community of champions, HR business partners, and executives. While you will report to a manager on the team, you’ll work closely with team members at various levels on a wide range of projects and assignments. Our contributions lead to better connections with one another, with our leaders, and with our Deloitte Global strategy.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology, Health & Wellness, Public Health, Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate health & well-being or culture transformation, in globally dispersed, matrixed environments
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and relationship builder with ability to influence audiences of various levels.
  • Great teaming skills, ability to confidently work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage to results in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
  • A passion for and knowledge of well-being, mental health, and inclusion.
  • Experience delivering well-being and inclusion programs to audiences outside the US and/or on a global scale.
