The Reporting Specialist will join the Talent organization assisting in the preparation, oversight and coordination of performance management reporting for key Talent stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to: regular & ad-hoc reporting, deriving key insights and trend analysis with a focus on process excellence, operational efficiency and client service satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

The successful incumbent will be a focused, highly motivated, independent, innovative team player, possessing a results-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt and problem solve. The incumbent will also be able to assess, recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies in an effort to better support the reporting needs of key stakeholders.

  • Partner with Talent stakeholders to gather reporting requirements related to the performance management
  • Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc reports using Tableau and other reporting tools
  • Seek out opportunities to enhance and optimize reports
  • Design and implement processes to ensure the accuracy of reporting
  • Liaise with the reporting and people analytics teams to address data issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to derive performance management insights and trend analysis
  • Prepare slide decks as required to present data and insights for stakeholders

  • Post-secondary degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of reporting experience, preferable in HR
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented & excellent time management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • An interest and understanding of performance management
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and quantitative mindset and able to compile insights
  • Ability to explore efficiencies to enhance reports and dashboards
  • Superior communication skills and strong client service orientation
  • Experience with Tableau is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
