Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the full cycle recruitment and selection process and HR Generalist functions. Responsibilities include Health & Safety, HR Compliance, Policies development, talent sourcing, attraction, interviewing and onboarding new hires. A team player who can keep pace with the company's growth plans and partner with the V.P. of HR to advance the organization's talent strategies. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when screening resumes, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews for all BUs to achieve the Company Vision and shared values of Believing, Belonging, Becoming and Building.
