Located anywhere in Canada, you will work with the Talent, HR and Support Centre Leadership team and will be responsible for full-cycle Support Centre recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting top talent in the market.

In this role, you will

  • Build effective partnerships with Support Centre Leaders/Hiring Managers to provide excellence in sourcing top talent in the market
  • Continuously identify and implement innovative talent solutions to deliver excellence in time to fill, quality of hire and outstanding results
  • Act as a dentalcorp brand ambassador - tell our story and attract top talent in the market
  • Manage Support Centre Recruiting by leveraging competitive intelligence, hiring practices, salary information, and market specific industry trends
  • Identify and execute various sourcing techniques: Boolean searches, networking events, referral programs, social media, direct sourcing, career fairs, etc.
  • Bring new thoughts and ideas to ensure the recruitment process remains current and offers the best experience to candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with our Marketing team, and our Employer Branding team to design and execute customized recruitment campaigns
  • Perform end to end recruitment which includes posting, sourcing, headhunting, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing and evaluating candidates, and guide hiring decisions, negotiate, create and extend job offers
  • Perform background checks and references and maintain talent metrics and analytics
  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of Talent activities, maintaining the recruitment tracker and monthly employee report.

What we’re looking for

  • Completion of Bachelor’s University Degree or Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Strong influencing skills to drive process improvements and manage projects
  • Ability to live and champion the dentalcorp values with every interaction
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong candidate assessment abilities to identify quality hires
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages MS Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn and Indeed Sourcing
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills, results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive, encourages building key relationships
