Typical Workday at theScore:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment including initial assessments, interviews and offers
  • Identify, source and maintain a pipeline of candidates through a variety of platforms: social media, job boards, networking, headhunting, etc.
  • Continuously track applicants via JIRA and theScore’s ATS and prepare weekly job status update reports
  • Work closely with hiring managers and third parties to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Assist with any ad hoc HR projects
  • Other duties as required


  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices
  • Strong knowledge of employment labour laws
  • Strong computer literacy with experience using Microsoft 365
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
  • Previous experience working with HRIS system; UltiPro preferred
