Product Trainer

Our quickly growing Product Training team is the connector between the product and our employees, regulators, and our clients. The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interesting training to three major parties: our clients, our employees and our regulators. This role requires strong facilitation skills as well as a love for finding out how things work and conveying that to learners in an exciting way.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions for external clients and internal team members on GeoComply technology and solutions, best practices, and procedures
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to new and existing clients
• Facilitate interactive learning elements and manage the flow of content to maximize participation throughout live training sessions
• Partner with Product Training team to develop and implement learning solutions using instructional design standards and adult learning best practices
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, processes, and teams and act as a content expert
• Collaborate with Training & Account Management teams to identify customer training needs
• Assist in designing, developing and maintaining training manuals, participant materials, case studies and other course materials, including e-learning modules
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our training resources

About You

• 3+ years experience as a technology (software) trainer
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and facilitation skills
• Proven customer support experience
• Tech-savvy and proficient with online presentation and facilitation tools
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Learning Management Systems, GoToWebinar, Zoom
• Excellent time management skills
• Passion for technology
