In partnership with the Talent Executive leadership team, the National Talent Acquisition Director will direct and lead the planning of all Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives across all services, which includes Audit, Tax, Risk Advisory, Consulting, Financial Advisory and Deloitte Management Services. The incumbent will have oversight of the national Talent Acquisition teams, including managing a team of Senior Recruitment Managers that are accountable to lead teams of senior/recruitment advisors that work with the service line leaders to develop experienced hire, sourcing and campus recruitment approaches that align with service specific priorities. This role will ensure that all recruitment policies, programs and processes are innovative, market leading and reflective of the iconic Deloitte brand.


• Accountable for envisioning and driving National Experienced Hire, Sourcing and Campus recruitment programs across all services that are innovative and market leading
• Coaches, develops and manages 3 Senior Manager Recruitment Leads to deliver operational excellence across the organization and ensure compliance with all experience hire, campus and sourcing recruitment policies, programs and processes to enable an exceptional candidate experience
• Develops external brand/reputation that positions Deloitte as a destination for top talent by leveraging the talent acquisition teams to deliver on solutions that attract and retain world-class talent
• Maintains a deep understanding of service/ firm priorities (growth, inclusion, etc.) and partners with service leaders to establish strategies aligned to both Talent and business goals that develop deep market expertise in fields of focus, build comprehensive candidate pipelines and communities of practice, and manufactures candidate warming strategies that support firm-wide growth initiatives
• Develop an understanding of current and future needs of the services and develop programming which aligns to key growth priorities
• Leverages market intelligence and analytics to inform recruiting methodologies that support the talent acquisition teams in elevating the service hiring, selection and overall candidate experience
• Effectively implement tracking and measurement processes that validate the return on investment of experienced hire, sourcing and campus programs and enable leaders to prioritize investments
• Responsible for all external vendor relationships and determines use of market leading technology
• Manages communication of talent acquisition strategies to all internal stakeholders across each of Deloitte’s six service areas
• Provides regular communication to Talent leaders on all experienced hire, sourcing and campus programs and initiatives to partner as One Talent team
• Oversees plans focused on increasing brand awareness and early sourcing initiatives that result in increasing brand awareness and sourcing initiatives to enable exceptional candidate experiences on campus and for experienced hires
• Develops and enables an inclusive culture by defining talent acquisition strategies, policies and processes that ensure inclusion and alignment with Deloitte’s Talent Value Proposition (TVP)


• Minimum of 10+ years working as a Senior Recruitment Leader within a sophisticated and/or mature recruiting environment
• Thorough understanding of market leading experienced hiring and campus recruitment processes and operations
• Experience leading teams and strong coaching capabilities
• Deep experience leveraging innovative sourcing channels for recruiting
• Strong thought leadership, industry presence and innovation track record
• Change leadership competencies
• Ability to work effectively in a highly complex and matrixed partnership
• Strong leadership, relationship management skills, ability to build relationships with global networks
• Resiliency to handle shifting priorities and maintain demeanor in high intensity situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English in a business environment is required. Fluent spoken and written French is desirable
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors ATS and MS Office software suite
