ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Are you passionate about curating business strategies to support Sephora's store employees and leadership teams? As the Director, Retail Talent & Training you will be responsible for building key relationships with leaders to assess needs, design and develop new and existing programs, and administer and evaluate programs. Your role will help us develop a series of talent initiatives that will drive employee performance and engagement in our stores!
