ANY Group requires a permanent HR Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of Human Resources planning and strategic analysis, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience in researching human resources market trends, targeting business relationships and using proven methods to develop our Human Resources business strategy.

HR Business Development Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Team and our HR Department to ensure that the company meets its sales targets while complying with Human Resources policies and onboarding procedures
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure efficient strategy implementation of all HR products and services
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by following up on their recruitment needs and Upselling HR consulting services and Performance Management services
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest HR industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
  • Perform HR Consulting Services when required

Business Development Manager qualifications and skills

  • BA or BS is required
  • MBA is preferred
  • At least three years of experience as a Human Resources professional
  • Experience in Business Development and/or sales is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner

Wage: 35 CAD per hour
