Overall job purpose:
The Strategic Advisor, Talent Acquisition (Project Lead) will lead the development of a comprehensive, culture-fit talent acquisition process. The project will include a focus on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), application of leading practices for attracting and selecting talent (including moving to a nation-wide search philosophy), a streamlined process ensuring formalized practices that are transparent with clear roles and responsibilities, a review of employer branding (careers page, candidate value proposition, marketing approaches), and a tool review.
