Specific Job Description
|Human Resources lead for Lockheed Martin Canada's Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) Business Unit supporting Senior Executive Management team and 650 employees across multiple sites. This position will lead multiple HR business partners and leverage the Global Human Resources Centres of Expertise (COE) and other functions needed to deliver HR strategy, initiative and program delivery. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:|
• Serving as the trusted HR advisor to the RMS Business and Senior Leadership team

Previous experience in a Senior HR Generalist, Senior HR Business Partner role or experience in a Lead Functional HR position (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, HRBP Lead)
