As part of this team, you will be accountable for providing operational oversight, leadership and guidance to the design, development, implementation and ongoing improvement of organizational development strategies, programs, approaches and tools, with particular focus on organizational and leadership development, team effectiveness, cultural change, succession management, competency development, employee engagement, performance management and learning management.

Prerequisites

Education

  • University degree from a recognized institution in human resources management or related field OR acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Experience

  • Experience in leading the conceptualization, development and implementation of organizational development strategies and programs;
  • Experience in providing specialized services and advice to senior leaders and managers;
  • Experience in preparing and facilitating learning programs, and developing related documents, manuals and guides;
  • Experience in leading, managing and evaluating projects;
  • Experience presenting recommendations;
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and/or discussion groups.

Asset

  • Experience in supervising, mentoring or coaching staff;
  • Member of the ORHRI or HRPA;
  • Certification (i.e. MBTI, Dynamix, Change Style Indicators, etc.).
