As a member of the People and Corporate Culture Division's team, you will contribute to our mission to provide proactive strategic advice to improve management practice and the Centre's business support, talent management, global compensation and labour relations advice for its most important asset: its employees.


Permanent Position – Ottawa, Canada

The People Solutions Coordinator supports the People Solutions Partner in the delivery of integrated people solutions to a client portfolio approach. More specifically, provide operational services such as provision of compensation and benefits information to employees and managers, coordination of talent acquisition (i.e. recruitment and staffing) processes, file and information management and maintenance, coordination of various operational processes and provision of administrative services to the work unit. 

Overview of Qualifications

  • Undergraduate diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in providing operational and administrative services in one of the following disciplines: recruitment and staffing or compensation and benefits
  • Bilingual (English and French) at an advanced level
  • Good knowledge of staffing principles, practices and processes
