Term Position for 1 Year - Ottawa, Canada

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support and collaborate with a HR Business Partner in the delivery of integrated business solutions to clients in a portfolio approach. More specifically, you will provide operational services such as the provision of compensation and benefits information to employees and managers, coordination of talent acquisition (i.e. recruitment and staffing) processes, file and information management and maintenance, the coordination of various operational processes, and the provision of administrative services to the team.

Overview of Qualifications                   

  • College diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration or other related fields
  • University degree is an asset
  • Two years of experience in providing operational and administrative services in one of the following HR disciplines: recruitment and staffing or compensation and benefits
  • Bilingual (English and French) at an advanced level
  • Good knowledge of staffing and compensation/benefits principles, practices and processes
