We have an opening for a Human Resources Consultant to join our team. This role has responsibility for providing a wide range of HR services to a fast-paced and growing organization. This position will be located in our Ottawa offices.

Through the development of strong partnerships with managers and employees, the HR Consultant will provide support and guidance on matters pertaining to performance management, recruiting, employee relations, conflict resolution, change management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and respect in the workplace. In addition to the consulting responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to lead projects or initiatives related to various HR objectives.
This role would be ideal for someone who would enjoy the challenge and wide scope of responsibility and consulting opportunity. We are looking for an individual who can provide practical and straightforward advice and support. You know how to anticipate problems and can act to avoid them early on. You have achieved success both through your own efforts and through collaborating with others. You are comfortable working autonomously and communicating with a remote team.
Occasional travel will be required in support of the assigned client group.
