Required Skills

This role is accountable for providing comprehensive support to the Global Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. From administration, recruitment and project assistance, the Talent Coordinator will be a vital partner to the team in sourcing and onboarding new talent across the organization. By ensuring a positive candidate experience, delivering smooth and efficient internal recruitment processes through strategic business partnership, and overall providing best-in-class support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition through various recruitment workflows and to ensure strong execution of interviewing and hiring processes
  • Recruitment administration: placing job postings internally as well as externally and coordinating interviews as needed.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on the recruitment for entry level positions; Review candidate profiles, schedule interviews and support candidates through the process
  • Assist in New Hire Onboarding such as background checks, references checks and New Hire Orientation
  • Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
  • Prepare various materials and reports for project research
  • Supporting analytics; including candidate tracking ad-hoc reporting requests related to Talent Acquisition
  • Monitor and reply to candidate and recruiter inquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver all aspects of the sourcing process; understand business requirements, develop and execute sourcing plans and deliver quality candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialist

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience (Recruitment preferred) within an HR Department
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • A passion for recruiting and a willingness to bring innovation to attract and deliver talent
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using an ATS and working with clients to fill their requirements
  • Experience with web-based applications, e.g., LinkedIn, ATS.
  • Detail oriented, checking accuracy of work and providing consistent follow-up.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving/trouble-shooting skills.
