What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the HRIS Manager with assist with the design, development and implementation of a short-term and long-term HRIS strategic plan and roadmap. The HRIS Manager will advise the Director on all matters pertaining to the support of the HRIS and its integrations. A roll up the sleeves collaborative team player, the HRIS Manager will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the system as well as design, deployment, enhancements of HCM globally, including HR system integrations and data requirements.
Serve as a strong consultative and collaborative partner to the Business leaders, IS and HR leaders to champion adoption, continuously improve service delivery, system usability and functionality and enhanced reporting in alignment with HR strategy and initiatives, while ensuring for consistent security, data integrity, system functionality and reporting. Configure HRIS to align to the data requirements of HR. This role requires the ability to ascertain individual end-user and business needs and the ability to communicate with people that have varying levels of technical expertise.
Lead all HRIS and business process projects to improve efficiencies and collect and analyse key human capital metrics. Manage current and future design, configuration and administration of HRIS data & modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting, Onboarding and Performance Management. The position will also interact with vendors and consultants.
