Great Canadian Gaming is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Ontario Gaming West GTA team!
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources - WGTA, the Manager, Human Resources is a hands-on manager who provides guidance, direction and support on matters related to Human Resources Policies & Procedures and best practices, including but not limited to: Recruitment, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Legal and Compliance, Health, Safety & Wellness, Employee & Labour Relations, Employee Engagement & Retention, Rewards & Recognition, Respectful Workplace & Diversity, and Organizational Development & Training. You will act with considerable independence, discretion, judgment and initiative in providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues.
