Within that team, lives the Director, Human Resources Partnerships. As the first point of contact for leaders and executives, the Director leads and advises our Business Partner team ensuring the consistent application of human resources policies and procedures across all business units. With a focus on employees, this strategic leader collaborates with people leaders, to support the people needs of their current and future operations.
Based out of our St. John’s, NL office, this senior leader will be integral to supporting and nurturing PAL’s culture, continuing our reputation as a Top Employer in both Atlantic Canada and the globe.
