Connect- Build- Lead as a Talent Acquisition Specialist- Trades Recruitment with Modern Niagara servicing our trade teams.

This role will bring opportunity to build lasting relationships with our field teams, collaborating, strategizing and getting creative about your work and how to source and connect with a highly sought-after group of skilled trades people.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Connect- build networks, relationships and rapport
• Guide, counsel, and strategize recruitment methods to achieve desired outcomes
• Stay informed on the latest and greatest techniques, tools, and trends always focused on innovation
• Contribute to the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle of interviewing, onboarding and beyond
• Plan for the future through the building of talent pipelines
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
• Stretch, grow, and develop your skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment
• Innovative and creative approach to the work of Talent Acquisition
• A natural networker- enjoy building relationships and connecting with people
• Progressive perspective towards recruitment
• A strong sense of urgency and autonomy
• Interest, exposure, or awareness about skilled trade employment within construction
